Building Long-Term Partnerships Through Exceptional Project Delivery
WTS Mechanical Projects was built on a simple belief, great projects are delivered by great people. Since becoming part of the business in 2019, Managing Director Christopher Greig has focused on building a company centred around experienced professionals, collaborative relationships and continuous improvement. In 2025, he became the sole owner, reinforcing his vision of creating one of Western Australia's most respected commercial mechanical contractors.
Today, WTS delivers commercial HVAC&R projects across metropolitan Perth and the South West as well as a proven track record in delivery of remote projects in regional WA, partnering with leading builders, developers, consultants and government organisations. Rather than measuring success by project volume, we measure it by the quality of our work, the strength of our relationships and the confidence our clients have in our team.

Christopher Greig
Managing Director
23+ years’ experience Trade Certificate and HND in Mechanical Services Engineering from the United Kingdom. Vast Experience in all facets of the mechanical services industry. Delivered multiple large-scale projects in WA and throughout the United Kingdom.
Glen Thomas
General Manager
25+ years’ experience as a project manager in the Perth HVAC industry. Vast experience in specialised projects including hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies and research facilities. Lead Project Manager for TKI Pharmacy Project at SCGH, RPH Aseptic compounding RPH. Delivered numerous technical projects for Curtin University including B401 plantroom refurbishment and the Kalgoorlie Campus WASM central plant upgrade.

Senior Project Manager
30+ years’ experience, Trade Certificate and Project Manager on large scale projects. Lead PM for multiple complex remote WA projects with logistical challenges requiring extensive and meticulous organisation. Vast experience in delivery of shopping centre projects in particular Coles.
Mark Nattriss
Senior Project Manager
35+ years experience Trade Certificate and Project Manager for tier one projects with values in excess of $10,000,000. Lead PM for recently completed Large Scale Hospital Project in WA.
James Crafts
Project Manager (Located in the Southwest)
25+ years experience Trade Certificate and extensive project management experience delivering a multitude of key projects in the Southwest Region. Including government projects in hospital and health space.
Paul Hayes
Project Manager
15+ years experience Trade Certificate and extensive project management experience delivering a multitude of key projects throughout the UK, Sydney and Perth. Including government projects in hospital and health space and large central plant upgrades in challenging environments.
Andrew Waldock
Project Manager
Andrew started at WTS as an apprentice refrigeration technician and gained project management experience through work shadowing senior managers across our key projects. Andrew has gained experience in project management, engineering and estimating and has quickly established himself as valued team member with a bright future in the industry delivering small – medium sized commercial projects for key clients.
Brandon Walker
Service Manager
Trade-qualified professional with over 12 years of experience specialising in commercial refrigeration systems, including supermarket rack systems, cold storage facilities, and commercial kitchen and catering equipment. Proven expertise in overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contracts, with prior responsibility for managing more than 200 active agreements across a diverse portfolio of commercial environments and clients.

Trade-qualified professional Over 16 years’ experience in the refrigeration and HVAC industry. Proven expertise in advanced fault finding, diagnostics, and the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset management strategies across diverse commercial environments. Specialising in critical care facilities including hospitals, schools, and aged care, with a strong focus on reliability, compliance, and minimal operational disruption.

WTS also has vast experience in managing projects through client driven softwares such as Aconex and Hammertech. Our commitment to utilising leading project management software and safe systems of work protects our clients, our people and our subcontractor network while delivering projects to the highest standard.
